What services are included in our landscaping and lawn care programs?

Our expert horticultural and garden services include shrub pruning, debris removal, flower bed edging, mulching, tree care, soil aeration, lawn mowing (in a limited area), and ground cover trims.

Poynter Landscape Architecture & Construction offers three regular gardening maintenance plans.

The levels are:

Our Preferred Plus Plan is our premium gardening and maintenance plan, complete with 14 visits year-round from our landscape and horticulture specialists.
Our Preferred Plan offers 10 visits a year, once a month during the growing season.
Our Basic Maintenance Plan offers 5 visits a year. With professional lawn care services every other month, yards still look great without having to sacrifice weekends dedicated to basic maintenance items.

In addition to these maintenance programs, we also offer one-time seasonal yard cleanup services in the fall and spring.

How often should you schedule professional lawn maintenance?

The answer to this question depends on your needs.

If you want:

One-time assistance to kickstart a new season, a seasonal service like our Spring & Fall Shrub Bed Cleanup services may be the right choice.
Occasional assistance to free up weekends, our Basic Maintenance Plan, with 5 visits/year is worth exploring.
Regular help and monitoring of plant health, our Preferred Plan includes 10 annual visits (once a month during the growing season) to help you keep plants lively and the yard looking spectacular.
All the bells and whistles, our Preferred Plus Plan includes 14 annual visits from our specialists.
