In the September 2017 issue of St Louis Homes & Lifestyles Magazines, one of our customer’s homes was featured for the complete outdoor renovation we designed and built for them.
This home sits on 3 acres in the city of Ladue. The scope of the home sites needs included a massive drainage and erosion problem, a heavy infestation of the invasive Honeysuckle plant on much of the property, new driveway, walkways landscaping, irrigation system, lighting, grading, and lawn.
Initially, we measured all the elevations on the property and engineered the drainage and erosion solutions that were both acceptable to the City of Ladue and still allowed for the great aesthetic look needed for the traditional architecture of the home and surrounding neighborhood.
Turning a Negative Into a Positive
“Drainage issues forced Ladue homeowners to overhaul their front landscape with the help of Poynter Landscape Architecture turning a mess into a beautiful solution.”
