Richard, President of Poynter Landscape & Construction, has over 30 years of Landscape Design, Horticulture, Construction Management and Water Management experience. By fostering creativity and a quality-driven attitude among his staff, Richard helps to ensure that every landscaping construction project is a success. "With the right focus, the right environment and the right people, we're well-equipped to give our clients exactly what they want - and more," says Richard.

Bob Wilhelm

With 30 years of industry experience, Bob is the creative guru and head honcho of the Design Department. His combined knowledge in Landscape Design, Horticulture, Engineering, Irrigation Design, Water Management and Construction Management will make your project come together professionally, accurately and on time.

John Schultz

John has a true knack for "people management" and brings over 20 years of experience to Poynter Landscape & Construction. In charge of Contract Administration and Information Technology, John is a true "hub of the wheel," making sure that our Sales, Design and Production Departments communicate seamlessly to finish your project on time, on budget and to your satisfaction.

Ed Albes

Ed is a true professional with 25 years of industry experience. His attention to detail and extensive knowledge of plants, soils and Landscape Construction Management ensure that your project is installed accurately, efficiently and with care. He is always available to answer any questions you may have.

Don Kasden

With 30 years in the industry, Don runs our Aftercare & Maintenance Department and will tell you exactly what your new installation needs to stay beautiful and functional for years to come. Don also maintains all of our equipment and manages our horticulture inventory to ensure that there will never be a delay in the completion of your landscape construction project.

The American Nursery & Landscape Association (ANLA) is the national voice of the nursery and landscape industry. Members grow, distribute and retail plants of all types, and design and install landscapes for residential and commercial customers.

Professional Landcare Network

The Professional Landcare Network (PLANET) is an international association serving lawn care professionals, landscape management contractors, design/build/installation professionals, and interior plantscapers. PLANET emerged on January 1, 2005, when the Associated Landscape Contractors of America (ALCA) and the Professional Lawn Care Association of America (PLCAA) joined forces to become a more encompassing network of green industry professionals.
