Richard, President of Poynter Landscape Architecture & Construction, has over 35 years of Landscape Design, Horticulture, Construction Management and Water Management experience. By fostering creativity and a quality-driven attitude among his staff, Richard helps to ensure that every landscaping construction project is a success. Bob Wilhelm
With 30 years of industry experience, Bob is the creative guru and head honcho of the Design Department. His combined knowledge in Landscape Design, Horticulture, Engineering, Irrigation Design, Water Management and Construction Management will make your project come together professionally, accurately and on time.
John Schultz
John has a true knack for "people management" and brings over 30 years of experience to Poynter Landscape Architecture & Construction. In charge of Contract Administration and Information Technology, John is a true "hub of the wheel," making sure that our Sales, Design and Production Departments communicate seamlessly to finish your project on time, on budget and to your satisfaction.
Donnie Blackford
Donnie is a true professional with 25 years of industry experience. His attention to detail and extensive knowledge of plants, soils and Landscape Construction Management ensure that your project is installed accurately, efficiently and with care. He is always available to answer any questions you may have.
Don Simon
With his 25+ years of Horticulture experience, Don heads the Horticulture Services Department. Don is our Quality Control and Horticulture technical expert for all Plant Maintenance, Plant Disease, and Insect ManagementTurf and more. He manages all maintenance customer accounts and maintenance crews.

With over 20 years of industry experience as a registered Landscape Architect, Ross has the technical experience and creative head to bring both form and function to life.
